Based on Kim Dong-myung’s novel, this road movie follows a poet’s cross-country journey. It begins when the countryside-dwelling poet takes a cow to market against his father’s wishes. Instead of selling it, he begins to travel the country with it. He attends the funeral of a friend with whom he spent his youth and soon his friend’s widow joins the trek, flowing like a dream toward Seoul. The cow acts as a Buddhist metaphor for a life on the road seeking nirvana, and the film itself reflects ... 展开全部
